Animation and Erik Satie

I only recently discovered the beautiful piano pieces of the composer Erik Satie, who has quickly become one of my favorites.  I found this animation while perusing youtube, its simplicity and sadness struck me, so I decided to share.

An homage to favorite photographers

Robert and Shana Parkeharrison are a couple who collaborate in digitally modified photography.  Their work focuses on humanity's relationship to nature.  Everytime I go back to these photos my heartstrings are tugged.
